Windows 10 gets new look icons

Almost everyone is aware of the new web browser of Microsoft, the one they are calling Project Spartan, however, what people do not know is that the browser seems ready and it will be released with the Windows 10 build 10009.

The screenshots of the active Spartan browser have already surfaced over the net and it is pretty much everything that Microsoft needed to challenge Chrome and Firefox. The ‘favorites menu’, the ‘reading mode’ and the ‘reading list’ add to the charm of the browser.

The update also reveals a change in the appearance of icons, something that hasn’t quite happened in the last 6-7 years! Almost all the icons have had a change in looks, however, the change hasn’t gone well with some.
In another report, Joe Belfiore, Corporate VP of Microsoft’s Operating Systems Groups said that the new OS will be available for the 512 MB phones as well. He said that Microsoft will make it available to all such devices, however added, that the features may vary. He also stressed that the preview build for the same will be released by the end of February, although it may work only on a few devices as of now.
Belfiore pointed out that the build is currently undergoing internal testing and will soon be made available to all for further tests.
